Post once a week for 3 months. The shadowban lifts after 3 months. Do not sign into any other accounts on that phone. They will shadowban them too. Use a new phone to your your content on a new backup account until the 3 months is up.

@@LaurenAlenia I believe I was shadow banned in July 2022. It took until January 2023 for me to get back to normal exposure. Having said that I wasn’t posting as often so In short it’s not forever but it’s impossible to know how long, it seems rather random.
