From hikvision site you can download the required firmwave suitable for your dvr,if not able to identify, mail to [e-mail] then will share the latest firmwave link best suited for your dvr

Eco series ke dvr ka firmware bhi upgrade kr liya phir bhi Unbind nahi ho raha Na Sadp tool se Na he Dvr me Unbind pr click karne pr khoe solution

Then you have to send service center from there they will upgrade and unbind
