1) go to settings 2) go into the second setting screen 3) click profile 4) then you can see the blocking button. I’ve just figured it out myself so hopes this helps. 😊

my phone does not have audience and visibility settings

This needs to be updated from the 43s mark. There is no "audience and visibility" setting.
