It is funny, because in 2019, I watched an Owen Cook video, and he recommended the Levels of Energy books. I waited 6 months before reading this book due to not sure If It is good or not. But here I am, follow the rabbit hole of Fred and see that Eli Wilde also got recommended by Owen Cook (but in person, I am a little bit jealous!). But anyone, that recommendation changed my life.
