I use to attend VOUS when I lived in Miami and I loved the messages and church culture. I was in my 30’s. Since moving to Washington DC area and entering my 40’s, I have discovered Paster Dharius Daniels -online and I how he teaches on an intellectual level but also how he breaks it down for the everyday christian. I love that Pastor Dharius does these interviews. He’s so wise, down to earth, and relatable in any environment. I clicked on your interview because I saw him and liked your title. From a practical perspective, the one thing I would like to know is how he manages and balances his personal time with the Lord while managing so many other assignments? I constantly keep him lifted up in prayer and I stay in his services on Sundays via CHANGE Global and everything else as he does as often as I can. My husband just finished his Made Men’s course.

One of the things that’s really dope is I finally heard Pastor in a new way, which is something that he’s previously spoken about. He reads the Bible over & over but can receive new revelation time & time again. Well, I am in a season where obedience came over my own personal desire so even though I’m been a member for close to 10 years it connected for me that my Pastor has this experience all along when choosing ministry over law school. It hit my spirit differently today❤️‍🔥

I've been privileged to observe Dharius Daniels from afar since October of 2015 as a speaker at a conference I attended to now as my Pastor and through Daniels Den Mentoring and Coaching program and through several interviews done by others and some that he has conducted over the past 4 years. He is one of the top 3 most consistent, genuine, thought provoking, God fearing, people loving Teacher/student/leaders I have ever followed! This interview by far is my favorite!!! When leaders grow to the point of being this transparent their lives become a sermon, a message! Not only did I learn a lot about my Pastor but your style and ease of conversation Pastor Rich blessed me! Thank you for saying, "Yes!" to do this interview.
