As you write these, try not to use the word "like" any more than is absolutely necessary. Another way to go about this would be to highlight that word in the whole text so that you can see how frequently it is repeated- sometimes in nearly every sentence- and then adjust your writing around that so that it flows better and does not become repetitive.
