I am the primary user. There is no option to add me as accountant. There is not even a an ACCOUNTANT button. I am thinking you need QB Accountant Online vs. just QBO

The simple start plan doesn't allow you to add more users. But in order to add someone as an accountant you need to use a different email address.

Are you logged in as the accountant? You will see this as the accountant. If you have access as another user, you won't see it.
