in first approach after I completed when I click the user switch icon it shows postges how to remove it

I founded it bro🙂 sudo /usr/bin/dscl . -delete /Users/postgres sudo /usr/bin/dscl . -delete /Users/_postgres

Directly removal might leave some residual files in your system. I would suggestion you rather to try uninstalling again.
