the folders wont appear for me (the plugin folder and more in the bepin thing) after i restarted the game

be sure you got folders right, like there is not an excess level of folder, which would block the content, TABS/BepInEx/bepinex folders, only 3 levels

That were 3 questions, vision is unlimited, so you mean attack range, which is defined by the weapon, bayonet dmg is set by normal dmg and it's attack speed is based on unit's default, you can't modify bayonet without modifying entire unit

It doesn't work, I downloaded it, I put bepinex into the files, opened tabs... Nothing. I tried to make it only have 3 levels, it wasn't possible. Not to even mention, neither C:/Program Files(x86)/TABS or C:Program Files(x86)/Steam/apps/common/TABS worked for me.

if console haven't popped up while launching tabs, you forgot to copy doorstop.ini to /TABS
