For anyone still lost because you got the 5 "up arrows" and is not available... it's because we're looking at the wrong part... it's not that the --- things need 5 arrows, it has to reach LVL 5, if it's level 5, then you can awaken it. So beware of the 0% ones, we can feed them ad nauseam and the level won't go up. So pick one (for the start) that has like 5 or so 100% up, so it's guaranteed you'll reach level 5, BEFORE the arrows are filled, because once the arrows are filled, you have to reset them.

It only needs to be max charm effect level to awaken. You don't need to feed 5 other charms into it if it hits max level before that point.

Finally got the ex ticket from fortune, but the character given to me was the light Masked Hero (bright side, it helped her reaching 120 with the dupe)

Depends on what you need more. Rim has been more and more useful support as time goes on, but shizu is a strong nuke by herself. Fire also don't have too many options.
