We aren’t saved based on our good deeds/works, but only by the grace of God through faith. ''For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9) He said ‘’it is finished’’ (John 19:30), which means He paid the fine for our sins (past, present, future) to be forgiven if we repent and trust in Him. ‘’Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.’’ (Acts 3:19) Biblically, a person who repents does not continue willfully in sin. Repentance is a turning from sin, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8). While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). Do not play a hypocrite. (John 3:3) Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again." In the Book of Daniel 500 BC you can read about Alexander the great who lived 300 BC. We are living in the last days and Jesus Christ will return soon. 2 Timothy 3:1 ''But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty.'' 2 Timothy 3:2 ''For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,'' Luke 21:11 ''There will be great earthquakes, and in various places famines and pestilences. And there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.'' Matthew 24:39 ''And they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.'' Finally an interview from someone who understands her spirit! I’ve seen almost every interview of hers and the people who ask about her spirituality or her journey, seem to kind of “mock” or not fully understand what it really means to her. This was everything I needed ❤️ Jay also did great by letting her speak and fully listened to what she said. She went into depth with every question he asked. Their egos weren’t present. @Diana Hello Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity. It's very hard to do in this day and age. People can be, somewhat very superficial. On my quest to achieve this I have learnt a lot about human nature. It seems to me that those who are not given traits such as beauty or being wealthy are some of the nicest, kindest and generous people. While the "gorgeous" and well off seem to be the most arrogant and greedy people out there. Of course that's not to say there aren't beautiful kind people out there. I've been in the process of change for a while now and I have made some decent changes but don't you just hate it when people can't let go of your past mistakes. Hello Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity. It's very hard to do in this day and age. People can be, somewhat very superficial. On my quest to achieve this I have learnt a lot about human nature. What Jhené was talking about when she said to acknowledge your thoughts, was mindfulness. Mindfulness is the key to conquering those anxious and negative thoughts by genuinely accepting them and being mindful of why they arrived and identifying that those thoughts are not a direct reflection of you. Found jhené at least officially in 2020 while transitioning out of the worst job of my life and still grieving my dad on my own without much support. I’ll never forget getting out the apartment, opening Spotify to drown out my thought, getting the notification for this new album, hit play without a thought not knowing who it was or what the album would be. Had it on loop for months. Not exaggerating when I said for weeks I listened to nothing else but still not sure if much registered besides feeling comfort. Been back to it many times since “moving on”. Just had to give up my cat two days ago. Another big transition period in my life with no direction atp. Feels like everything, myself included, is slipping away honestly. After skipping the recommendation for this video for weeks, I finally hit play bc I’ve given up on my tasks for the day. The last 5 mins when she brought up cats, something jolted in me. I miss my baby.
