Thanks dear it really helped. I continuously entered a wrong pattern on my old phone and the Tecno phone was locked for factory resetting. When I come across this your teaching I went ahead and entered the numbers and because the phone have been locked for factory resetting I couldn't proceed with the next steps. So I reboot the phone and to my surprise the phone is unlocked and I was asked to put in a new pattern and like film my phone opened. Thank you very much. You are the best.

Failed to work for pop 7. I actually reset my phone and then used a different email to set it up. After resetting i used a different pin during set up and it was a successful set up but then when the phone went to screen lock, its requiring a password of which i have no idea.
