After completing miningverse it will open up a new event called hoarding ores right next to where you spawn back at. Molly on the back is one of the 3 gear awards.

So how do you get that world did you buy it what did you just buy the goat simulator 3 and then you just done something to turn it into that world

It is dlc for the goat simulator 3 game. If you own goat simulator 3, you can buy it and download it and select it from the title screen. It is called the multiverse of nonsense dlc and it is a seperate map and has it's own story with additional quests/events and gear items/skins. The gear items and skins transfer and can be used in the base game after you unlock them and your gear items or skins from the base game will become available to use on this dlc map after you complete the story of it.

There is a quest in the goat city under the train tracks at the human daycare. Talk to the guy and then lick the leash and let the human drag you around the city without letting go. Then you can unlock the skin.

Human pet? In goatroit have to do the event called walk the human. After you complete that you unlock the leash and was told the human pet is available for purchase from the wardrobe section after that.
