!!!READ ME!!! I've done like 6 tests, BOb will only show up after unlocking both Ember Valley and Starlight Strand + Only after getting the taming bell from Thora West on day 12-13. On new savefiles he typically shows up for me between day 17 and day 20 (I've 5 tested this times so far).

The 50 slots comes from a treasure pod. So if you have already opened all treasure pods in the game, it could be due to a bug. There is a known bug in the game currently that if you unlock multiple tech upgrades without crafting the item in the fabricator between each upgrade, the game get stuck thinking you still haven’t found the next upgrade in the treasure pods yet. So make sure to be crafting each individual upgrade before you unlock the next one.

WARNING ABOUT UPGRADES: At this current time in the game (posted on 10/16/2022) Slime Rancher 2 there is a bug involving the upgrades, as soon as you get a upgrade you want to get it before continuing to open treasure pods. I am sure this bug will be patched out but do keep in mind at this current time it is still in the game.

great content! would love a guide on the warp depot and how to utilise them best. i find that things a little bit difficult to understand fully

I'm not going to lie, I personally dislike the warp depot. It's great if you want to have an expansion with only gardens and your main part filled with corrals, but my problem with the warp depot is that you're always doing double work. You're picking the food up, dropping it in the warp depot, picking the food back up from the warp depot and then putting it in the auto-feeders. It's a waste of time imo. Having gardens/coops in the same expansion of the corral is just a lot more efficient. On the other hand, when the drones are reintroduced into Slime Rancher 2 and, if they are able to interact with warp depots... then we could do some cool stuff with that combo. Until then, I'm not a fan of warp depots.

I was wondering, so if you interacted with 5+ drones and you got the archives key. Do you trigger mochi by new drones or can you visit old ones, and do Open archive story's act like +1?

You need to talk to 3-4 drones to trigger mochi to begin gifting you stuff, archived notes won't count. And I'm pretty sure I didn't say in the video that you unlock the Archive key by just talking to 5 drones.

@@Jens_DL Are you sure she isn't already gifting you, thing? Because if you talked to 5 drones already, she should be triggered already. As far as my research goes, you need to have talked to 4 seperate drones during your overall playthrough. No revisiting, just interact from the beginning of the game with 4 seperate drones.
