How fast do incantations recharge? Is it from kills? Or is it from the dropped scrolls on the ground only?

Random drops from kills, and they respawn from the chests every round. You can also use picky eater on vulture aid and it will drop them really frequently.

theres a piece at spawn in a crate right behind the spawn point then a blow torch in the sword room, watch a video there’s plenty

Make sure you go to the quick revive area and behind will be Kraft. There will be a door with a rectangular opening in it, interact with the door and it will reveal him. Talk to him until his eyes turn purple, then try the bonfires.
