There isn't one due to it not actually unlocking the phone, it will never fully finish the set up so it's hard coded to work until it can verify the phones status. Connecting to the internet finishes the check which is why it reverts back. Tried to use this with another bug to unlock the boatloader for my phone, really I had no success but I expected as much

@@SchematicsFinch with some of the pixels you can throw a sim card inside the phone after resetting it. same set up as this one, however it can allow you to bypass oem unlocking restricion on some carrier models. Verizon prevents it, and apparantly this Metro model as well folks have reported it working to unlock locked bootloader when used with a sim from a company that doesnt lock devices. the devices are not locked from the factory, they are locked via the sim card, if you have a sim card from a company which doesnt lock devices on setup it can unlock the boot loader
