That probably means you submitted a horse before that was close to the cosmetic or it has no matches. other than those im not sure why it would say that

You must unlock the garg first, then you go to the shop and buy a lasso for the garg :)

After finishing the quests, you can find them almost everywhere, if you haven't finished the quests, you can get a uni from the spirit tame if ur lucky, I got mine from the spirit tame

If someone doesn't know how to foal a horse 5 times, then you need a potion and use it on a horse that you want, the potion has "foal" in it's name, BC i don't remember it's name

I think you had to be an alpha and beta supporter. If its not there, go to shop and press equipment and ot should show up, but I think it was a reward for certain people
