How to unlock bootloader and install twrp recovery in redmi k20 pro

I'm able to boot to twrp mode 1-2 times after that it just opens miui recovery mode what should I do?

after installation doesnt start with the teamwin... it normally become black screen, and after pressing power button, it opened as normal
