How to Unlock Crimson Edge and Divine Spear (Parallel Quest 171)- Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2

It’s pretty straightforward for unlocking these skills. I’d recommend using the same build I did though it’s completely optional. I use Bending Kamehameha, Spirit Bomb (small variant) and x4 Kamehameha for quick but massive damage. I use Beast form for massive attack damage and insane KI recovery. As for my Super Soul, I specifically use Gogeta’s (Our two strengths aren't just added together) for auto stamina and KI recovery.
Make sure to defeat at least 4 different oppents with an ultimate attack and super attack.
Make sure your health is above 80% before you defeat the last opponent.
Of all things, make sure to do these Paralell Quests online with other players. The RNG seems to drop the skills faster when you play with other players. Also playing online saves you a bunch of time and energy.

It’s the custom Demon Clothes (Piccolo, with Cape, Custom). It was only achievable by competing in the Festival of Universes. With release of this DLC, the Festival of Universes should be coming back fairly soon. The costume is a reward from gaining a certain amount of Glory Points from the festival.
