I followed these steps and got my account within a day as Facebook opened a chat button on my main locked account page where they requested me to give them a safe email. I was sent an email pretty much straight away to a safe email which gave me a code. using that code I hand to hand write it on a piece of paper and record a 5 second video of me moving my head and holding this piece of paper with the code written on it, as long as you follow these instructions correctly, your account will be unlocked. so thank you so much for your help!
