For those of you who are having trouble getting this achievement but don't have a hydro character with a bow, or can't get it with Barbara or Mona, use Xingqiu and Kazuha, activate Xingqiu's ability and then Kazuha's passive, it will make a repeated hydro cut, but do this when the bird goes down.
