Thank you for the comment! Since I uploaded this video they have changed the symbol. It is actually the same symbol of the fish on the fwishing well. You can get the fwishing furniture by donating fish to the well.

Find it at my Melodys shop and then you need to put a starlight fish in his tank for his rare fish quest or your own tank to get him as a resident
