Unlocked him against Argentina without using a costume. You have to be lucky and hope you get an easy opponent in the final. Against op characters it's impossible, unless you are a very skilled player.

I have already got 10 gold and a bunch of others for Head Cups with USA, I get so close. You make it look so damn easy. I have been using the Horse Costume. It is worse or better than Dragon Costume? One plus about all the fails of unlocking StarBase is that I went from like 400k points to 1.1million

The only thing that makes the Dragon Costume better is that it's cheaper. If you have the Horse Costume, keep using it until you get him. You have to be lucky with the opponent you get in the Finale.

You just have to get at least 11 goals. If you see on the video I won 16 - 6 (difference of 10) and still unlocked him.

You have to score at least 11 goals (And win obviously). The goal difference doesn't matter.
