I am not sure if this was a mistake made when adding spectate was added to the Mortal Kombat Arcade1up machines recently, but this worked for me. Let me know if it worked for you after following the instructions in the video.

Click the back button to return to the previous page. Find the thumbnail of the video from the channel you want to stop recommending. Click the three dots at the bottom right of the video’s thumbnail. Select "Don't recommend channel."
