I have visions too, but only since I began meditation. They started with a brief flash of something random like a loaf of bread, and also some fibre optic cable, but then soon evolved into vortexes, dragons, anime, turtles swimming in the ocean, and what appear to be driveshaft/propshafts. It makes sense to me, but everything must be done in balance. Meditation is the best for everything, my body and mine, I highly recommend adding prayers from the heart to keep the balance, especially in the spirituality side, without it becoming too much.
