The reason ultima has no speed is because if you up his speed it lowers his mist damage which is really bad since his mist is one of the main damage sources

Hey riot. Imo the best build for g 21 is all dmg and all health. Making it truly a tank. I start fights with beam, then use move 2, 1, 3, 1, and go by however and win. It's a deadly combo-build.
