IT WORKS!! I have the same problem with my lock but in my case I had my lock open and forgot the code, so I could close it. What I did was putting my lock upside down and press it againts my bed while trying this, choosing the number that felt more loose and suddenly it closed 🙌 Thank you so much for this tip!!
