Hay varios tipos de bloqueo, si esta bloqueado por la compañía no se puede usar en otro pais, pero si esta blacklisted en un pais, si se puede usar en otro. Y el otro bloqueo de iCloud si no se puede hacer nada.

My phone can’t be unlocked because it is reported lost or stolen. Even thought i bought the phone box pack brand new even check the imei of the device if the phone was turned on before and the result was no it was never active before than how can my phone be reported stolen or lost
