Swamiji... you must relax and let it happen - let the serpent uncoil.. so, what to do? -set a timer on your phone and meditate in increasingly longer periods of time... 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes... stay with the heat but don't let your mind over-process the experience... when the timer goes off, STOP meditating... walk around, read, japa whatever... then, go back to your cushion... it is NOT for your mind to "figure out." Kinda true. As per my understanding. Our chakas get unbalanced as we progress through life. So we need to balance them using Reiki or meditation etc. And then chakra should be opened with the help of a Guru. And then you go for Kundalini awakening. Which is like the super advance stage of chakra.

The crown chakr is what recieves the external knowledge which the 5 senses are not exposed to. That is how creation manifests. First as thoughts, then as imagination, then as Karma, then reality. Like once a month like 4-5 days out of a month, everything I think about or dream about ends up coming true. For example one time I had a dream my car wouldn’t start and I had to call my sister in law for help. So the next day I stopped at a gas station when I went to leave my car wouldn’t start, no one was around so I had to call my sister in law. Sometimes it’s something really little and stupid, for example I’ll have a dream and I can’t remember it all but there was washer fluid for your car in my dream(don’t ask it’s sometimes really random stuff😂) so the next day I walked outside and see my husband with 2 jugs of washer fluid filling up the car lol. Or another example I thought of someone I hadn’t spoken to or thought of in years, and I randomly thought about them and then a few hours later I have a text from them for the first time in like 3-4 years. So yea I’ve had tons of these things happen- they don’t happen all the time just a week or a few days out of each month (almost like a period lol)

I have clear cognizance I sometimes get this informations out of nowhere when im in a trance state or if im in an auto mode like reading or drawing sometimes when Im desperate or tense situations. It may be answers to questions which has no connection to me or being able to guess what other people where thinking like the songs thats running in their head or food they wanted to eat or predict small instances like commenting just out of the blue that a friend of mine would loose her phone and later that day she actually lost her phone on her way to school. I've been called having silver tongue because of this so I tend to keep these things to myself to avoid bullying or name calling. My sister described me as intuitive and that if we are in a horror movie id survive or be able to guess the killer.

@@abhishek-uf4rh im no expert and im also walking in the dark with these things. Honestly after my Mom's death I got scared of it. Its still there but not as strong as it use to back when i was in my childhood and teens. Mostly I get active dreams or feeling agitated when someone close to me is hurt or in an accident. Sometimes i feel more, see apparritons or hear things in certain places that from what i gathered probably have high energy. And most of the time i ignore those cause i realized the more you acknowledge the more you attract those things and I dont want to attract anything negative that I cant handle.
