I get this when entering "git pull" :: "fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git" ???

Hello. Try checking to make sure you installed git properly when you did the Automatic1111 install.

@@FoxtonAI I re-installed git, then installed Automatic 1111 v1.9.3, and when launching the .bat it says "fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git"

@@MoCheez Exactly the same thing keeps happening with me... I am sure the GIT is properly installed since I saw it pulling some updates over the internet when I fired up my SD using webui-user.bat file ... But apart from that... Thank you very much for the video, but I am running with a message when I run the automatic update, the console writes: "You are not currently on a branch. Please specify which branch you want to merge with. See git-pull(1) for details." Then loads as normal, but it doesn't update to the latest version.

Make sure you have a standard install of Automatic1111 done.

I get "not secured" error "certificate not valid" while launching it in browser. Is it still safe for me to use it?

Sometimes get that with the update pulling when it's updating at the source. Wait and try again after a while.
