Where do you get the firmware files please?

Suddenly I get to see a “TV” option, if I click, it shows some channel no. However doesn’t work. At the same time the music system stop searching Bluetooth, as well not not capturing any channel in FM. I have done reset by using a pin, but didn’t work. Seeking help? One more thing, I have a reverse camera with separate display panel, can I attach the camera with music system like other cars? So that during reverse gear I get to see on the music system screen & I don’t need to keep a separate screen. Requesting an update. If you have any link, where I can update the Firmware of the system, would be useful & may solve my issues. Requesting your inputs. Thanks,
