I called on helpline to ask for change in contact details, they said I should visit branch. I habe visited branch 6 times and each time they tell me that their system is down! Its been a 1.5 years I have visited 2 branches 9 times and they just simply say that our system is down!!!! How on Earth would HBL is running if they can't update us system!!!!

Hello, as per the policy if an account is opened digitally online than initials ADA will be mentioned in Account Title . ADA means Asaan Digital Account as you applied for Asaan Digital Account so it will reflect in your account title. Furthermore, you can visit your concerned HBL Branch.
