Bro mera doe jab mai khud change kr raha tha to mujhe sep 2024 last contribution dikha raha tha to mene sep 16 doe dal diya qki mene 16 sep se kam pr jana chorr diya tha ab mujhe passbook mai oct 2024 ka last contribution dikha raha hai / agar mai final settlement kru to reject hoskta hai kya ya mujhe doe join declaration dena hoga please reply ASAP 🙏🏻😮‍💨

Even after putting date of exit in pf, it's still asking reasons for leaving in EPS & upload the relevant documents in Joint Declaration. For uploading documents, you need atleast 2 documents certified by employer ie reasons for leaving & ECR.
