Hello. I bought new board for batteries (iPhone 6-14). Now my QIANLI doesn’t work. Can’t change % of battery. Do you know what to do. I think renewal on pc and programmer are not adjacent.

Hello, after doing this firmware update my Qianli iCopy Plus 2.1 is stuck on Updating, the end of the update will restart. Nothing else happens and I can't get out of that screen. How did you get out of the screen? It doesn't show on your video.

I can’t get it to work, it keeps saying my password is wrong, I reset the password, saying it’s the same password, i the. Changed it, still says it’s wrong and I have to keep changing my password every single time I log in, and when I try to find the downloads for the software to use, it wont show in the app helper, but it does in my files app, I can’t do anything with it!

Hello Tina, thank you for this video. I am using a Qianli iCopy Plus 2.1 and I am trying to perform battery data correction on an Iphone XR battery. When I connect the XR battery to the iCopy Plus Board, I can see the green LED light (connect) comes on to say that there is connection. But when I click 'READ' on the Qianli Repair Helper Software, I keep getting the message "the battery data is not charged. Please insert the battery". So the iCopy is not reading the battery. Do you know why this could be? Thank you.

I don't know if you have resolved this yet, but I seem to remember seeing something about the battery you are trying to read has to be above a certain charge level, 50% if not more i think I read. Anyway, hope you get it sorted.
