It depends on your data and its size sir. We do recommend to migrate only in new FY .. so that no data loss will be there or there will be no changes in daily working pattern.

No sir.. coz once you migrate data to 3.0 it will make data folder with 6 digit.. and internal files will also get changed.. so not possible to go back to 2.1
