Whatever you give in address change it will get printed and get delivered to same address so, you need to give correct address. NO, there will not be any field for father name on UK DL

Thanks for ur message, I am not holding UK Passport, I was having DVLA back in 2009 then I left the country, I came back to the country recently, I cannot apply only, please advise what I have to do, 1 - Need to change address, 2 - Need to change Photo, 3 - How I can inform that I was not in this country from 2009 to 2023,

If it has longer than this still to run, you’ll need to renew it fully in order to change your picture. Doing this online costs £14, and you can either use the same photo that appears in your passport, or you can wait for a letter from the DVLA telling you where to send a fresh, passport-style photo.
