With the addition of the new pets Guinea Pigs, you actually can get 19-20 tools every time you wake them all. It's a lil bit of work because you wake them one by one (+ animal farm) and not using the whistle.

Thanks for the tips, i barely have storage because im lvl 29 and i always sold my materials for gold. I still believe it was the better thing to do since its soooo hard to get gold at the start. But now my silo is 175 and barn only 150. Its hard to get normal planks and nails so ill use these tips for some extra storage. Edit: wow that voice crack at 6:10 was brutal!

pick townies from ur neighborhood so u wil get tools confirm , dnt feed ur townies...

The visitors who ask to visit on building, when get served will give you expansion items. Or just complete all the requests of a single townie then you'll get reward. For example a visitor wanna go to gift shop, beach cafe & grocery store; once they visits all the shops, after that they'll give you reward.
