Make sure that your USB cable is for data (4 wires) not just power (2 wires). I had to test for continuity with my VOM (Volt/Ohm/Milliammeter). 2 out of 3 USB cables were power only (for me).

Hi, that cable is not included in the box. Its a Micro USB type a very common one. Welcome

When u use the app, if there eny update the speaker it self will update! I have never have to use a wire to do that! But I guess there a direfent way to do it!

Hello. I am waiting for my first bose s1 pro purchase! I just wanded to ask you. 1).I must update it immediatelly when it will arrives or after months? 2).If its battery doesnt work, can s1 pro be powered from a common pure sine inverter (via a battery) or just from a wall socket? I am a street musician.

Much better to update in a new firmware , because before im having problem with the battery it drains so fast even im not using it. and now it fixed when i updated the latest firmware. If the battery doent work you can plug in directly to the power outlet. even i plug in to the power outlet it charged also while im using, and anytime i can use it outdoor with full charged battery.

Hold the bluetooth button for 5 to 10 secs until mag blink2x , e delete mo yong mga bluetooth history sa phone mo. then search , ilang s1 pro ka? if you have 2 pair of bose s1 pro and want stereo mix, download the bose connect and pair.

try to remove the battery of ur bose s1 pro for 2 minutes and put it back again, it will reset ur bose s1, ang plug in it again. just try bro

Did anyone who was struggling to get the S1 Pro to connect to the Bose updater website get it to work in the end? I'm having the same problem connecting through a mid 2011 iMac via a new data sync cable using Firefox browser. Any ideas?

@@renelopez4618 always it's the cable. cable must support data transfer. ensure the bose is on AC power and powered ON
