Thanks for making this tutorial! I've followed the steps for testing an individual phone. File is on server, device page shows it's pointing to the right IP address for file upload, restarted tftp services, and it keeps saying Inactive load failure reason - file not found. Any suggestions?

I have the same for 1 server, out of 8... all phones on that 1 server have 'file not found'... i've uploaded it twice, restarted tftp twice... just moved all those phones to a different server, and they upgraded there, then back to original server.

@@RikardKrvaric Ended up updating to the second to latest firmware, Cisco couldn’t even help get it fixed. Will just wait for a new version to be released. Only have a pub and sub, so no other servers to try it on. Good advice though!

Who metod is better to upload a new firmware, this (one by one file) or upload the entire .cop file via TFTP Server?

Old comment but documentation says to do cop file via software upgrade > install/upgrade. Never seen it done this way though assume it's fine.
