Can you please make a video on how to fix or prevent getting the blue screen of death. My PC has been crashing every day for a week now. I ran virus test and came back negative and I only use it for gaming

Blue screen of death can be caused by many things. A couple of easy things to try which may cure it is to run Windows Disk Check which will search for (and often automatically fix) corrupted files. Another thing to try is to run a memory health checker such as memtest86 at memtest86.com. I have a video on how to use memtest86 if you need it. Hope that helps.

Hi Dave. I have updated Windows 10 to Windows 11 and I found that it slowed down my Laptop. So I had to return to Windows 10. Do you know if other users had the same issue?

Some (but not all) will notice a difference in their computer's speed as the system requirements for Windows 11 is a little higher than Windows 10. For example, Windows 10 requires 1GB - 2GB of RAM, whilst Windows 11 requires 4GB. Windows 10 requires a minimum of a 1GHz processor, whilst Windows 11 requires a minimum of a 1GHz dual core processor. I'm glad that it's easy to go back to Windows 10 for those like yourself that aren't happy with Windows 11.

You can get Windows 11 from "CJS CD Keys" or "VIP-Scdkey". Of course you can get Windows 11 from the Microsoft website too, but it is more expensive from there.

Kinguin. I just bought an $18 key. You'll have to follow the activation guide which requires calling Microsoft support but it does work.

If your computer cannot be upgraded to Windows 11, it's most likely that your hardware doesn't meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11.

windows 11 needs a fresh install ,,,,,,, not an upgrade from 10 ,,,,,,,, ul only have to wipe it in the long run so its best to do a fresh format and install win 11

The message for updating to Windows 11 will only show if your Windows 10 is up to date. So if you run Windows updates (maybe a few times), the message to update to Windows 11 should appear.

If it doesn't show the update, try updating Windows 10 by the usual updating Windows procedure. It will only show the Windows 11 update if Windows 10 is reasonably up to date.

Try going to Windows update, download and install any updates shown, restart your computer, then return to Windows update to see if it then gives you the option of upgrading to Windows 11. Hope that helps.

Try turning on "Secure Boot" in the BIOS.

It sounds like your drive is using MBR (Master Boot Record) which can be used with legacy BIOS. UEFI can only be used with drives that use GPT (GUID Partition Table).

If you type in Windows search "disk management", choose the top search result, then right click on disk 0 or disk 1 (whichever is your C drive) and choose properties. Then choose the "Volumes" tab. Here it will tell you your partition style. It will either be MBR or GPT. If it's MBR, you then know that that is the reason why you cannot upgrade to Windows 11. The drive's partition style needs to be GPT for your PC to work with Windows 11.
