This isnt the same, but maybe you can help... when I try and upload photos to my selling groups it comes in very zoomed in, and also won't let me edit. (When I try to edit it says it isn't fully in, like 2350/2360.) I'm on an android. Any ideas?

It seems Meta update their sites (on web browser and mobile) and now this option it doesn't work anymore. I used to do it on Android (using the mobile version of FB on Chrome) but now is not possible, even on pc too. How dissapointing is this.

Hi, whenever I’ve tried to do this in the past it works but doesn’t post to the feed. Could it just be cookies & cache that needs clearing beforehand so it posts to the Facebook feed? I remember getting it to work in the past eventually (using m.Facebook) but wanted to check before I try this way. Thanks!

I haven’t uploaded a profile picture in years because of this. It doesn’t get posted to the feed and no one ends up seeing it. Has anyone found the solution to this yet? To make you spend more time on their platforms, it’s an easy fix and they have gotten plenty of complaints about it for years yet here we are. They don’t fix it because people will still continue to use their site regardless of any inconvenience to its users.

The problem isn’t uploading but that way it doesn’t show up in news feed where as with facebook app it shows up in news feed so not useful

Mobile FB on Chrome, doesn't work.. still crops. But if I use mobile FB on the Samsung internet browser, it works. Doesn't crop my profile photo

Haha this definitely DOES NOT work at all! Guys, you just have to dea with the fact that the photo will be cropped if you are uploading from a phone. You need a PC or laptop to be able to. 💯 Sorry he wasted yall time!
