How to Upload and Download a Program from Weinview/Weintek (MT6070iH) HMI?

Assalamu alikom, I need help with connecting to an old weintek hmi (MT6056IV) via usb port to upload the program from the hmi to my laptop (windows 365). I tried once using Easy buider 8000 and once using Easypro but it seems the driver is not there and it keeps giving me "error: check usb cable". Any help with that?, how can i install the correct driver version. I tried going to easy builder 8000 folder then USBdriver folder and hit the usb.exe file but nothing happens
