Check your assets, library files, sdk files for any TikTok related content, scripts, images, videos, description and everything. You need to do recheck of project to see what triggered this violation.

Hello, when your game is rejected it can be many reasons for this, you need to go to dashboard and to your game and check reason of rejection, also check your email that Huawei sent you.

Its hard to say that, but in my case earnings are lower than Admob and Unity ads. But to be honest Petal ads is not my primary network, earnings depends of many facts like location, clicks and number of downloads.
