Mam is 60% necessary and I had a backlog but I cleared it they give me PROVISIONAL offer letter so bgc is yet to happen is there any problem regarding less than 60% for TCS bps and backlog

I recently uploaded service agreement form in tcs xplore... the feedback given by the faculty is showing "ok"... but in the status column it was showing fail ......the overalll process is in my 4th attempt........could you please tell me what is the thing that i did wrong ....and what shall i do now for joining on march 3rd itself ....
