After the September 2024 update this is no longer possible. Upon creating a lobby, the settings auto correct themselves to within normal limits

The instructions are great, and seem easy to follow. I'm unable to proceed past the data file as Quick Edits wabts to bypass config.xml, which is hidden in area Quick Edits instructed. I'm not confident enough to go any further, but I hope this comment help others 😅
