3-6-9 Method : 1) Choose a goal and write it down in present tense & with positive feelings - in 1-2 sentences. 2) Every day write that goal with positive feelings - a) 3 times in morning. b) 6 times at noon or eveng. c) 9 times at night before bedtime. (Before bedtime is d great time for manifestation of ur goals in ur SCM). d) Also while sleeping, keep affirming (murmuring) ur goal in mind. 3) Repeat the above procedure for 21, 33 or 45 days.
