Very useful for a toyota land cruiser new driver in the sand in Senegal. Thanks right now i can use those mode safely and not risking to damage my transmission clutch! Thanks a lot. But when i was in the concession they said me to not exceed 5Okm/h when changing H2 to H4... But i think your toyota is more recent than mine!

If i want to switch from h2 to l4 must I change to neutral fast.. or my foot on brakes move for h2 to l4

Best way is to completely stop during shifting of drivetrain boss, do take time for its mechanism to properly shift :)

Sir, same model po ng hilux ko yung ginawang example nio po. Tanong ko po normal lang ba na tutunog pag naka engage na sa 4Lo tuwing tumatakbo na ,pareha po yung tunog sa naka engage na handrabrake na pinapatakbo . nawawala yung tunog pag naka tigil na.

You can use the car how usually drive it. Ill assume that youre currently on L4 because of slippery/wet roads. On a normal setting, considering the conditions of the road, you max it to 3rd to 4th gear

I cant shift from h4 to h2. The knob is just block. I was just from using the h4 and had to accelerate pretty much. What should I do? Plus I feel the steering wheel kind of hard now

L4 stands for (Low Speed = 4 wheels) sir, so I doubt pwedeng gamitin sa expressway. You can use instead ang H4 sir as this is ideal if slippery ang road

I actually havent tried sir so I asked our local service advisors here if okay lang bang nasa park ang transmission before enganing the h4, they discourage daw po sir. Ok lang naman daw po it does more harm than good. I suggest we stick to the neutral before engaging it to H4 :)

You need to step on the clutch when you switch from H4 to L4. It wont work if you dont press on the clutch.
