How to use a community interest company to get a home mortgage

This is my advice on how to get a mortgage when you don’t yet have a deposit and don’t earn enough in your job. Having a CIC means you can apply for grant funding and create your own community projects and job for yourself.
You can earn more than regular jobs and use the company to get the evidence needed for to get a mortgage.

Great videos ❤️. With a LTD company do you not need to show 1 or 2 years worth of account for a mortgage ? And if it’s PAYE from the CIC do you need to control less than25% of the company? What should I do

Ltd needs two years accounts but a cic won’t so paye from cic and yes have two other directors :)
