How to use a depth finder to catch Red snapper In the Gulf of Mexico.

We went to Fort desota peir and got some greenback's by cast netting. We went West to 110ft of water and found an area where fish was holding up on some good bottom. When we dropped down we caught some huge Red Snapper and Red Grouper.
