Flashers, and Dodgers came to us from the west coast. They believe the flasher sends out a vibration to Salmon’s lateral line that feels like the signature of the tail of feeding fish. They can feel that further away then they can see the flash of the flasher. The flasher’s flash entices them closer and that’s when they spot whatever is being trailed as the bait.
